Terms of Service

Yedgi is a career intelligence agent. It discovers job opportunities, researches companies, aligns your resume to real evidence from your own career history, prepares applications, and helps manage recruiter communication and interview scheduling. You stay in control: actions that represent you to the outside world — submitting an application, sending an email reply — happen with your review and approval.

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Yedgi (“Yedgi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Yedgi.

Yedgi prepares and, where you have approved it, performs actions on your behalf: filling application forms, submitting applications you have reviewed, drafting and sending messages you have approved, and reading email and calendar data from accounts you have explicitly connected. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from the Connections page.

Third-party platforms (job boards, applicant tracking systems, email and calendar providers) have their own terms. You are responsible for your compliance with them. Where a platform restricts automation — for example, LinkedIn — Yedgi fills forms for your review and you complete the final submission yourself.

Yedgi is built to never fabricate your experience. Tailored resumes and answers are generated only from content you provided or confirmed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and in every application you approve.

Yedgi offers a free plan and paid monthly subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payments provider. You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update your payment method at any time from the subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a renewal payment fails after Stripe’s automatic retries, your plan reverts to the free tier. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective from your next billing period.

You agree not to:

• use the service to misrepresent your identity or qualifications;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate third-party rights;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service or circumvent its usage limits;
• resell or provide the service to third parties without our agreement;
• upload content you do not have the right to use.

Your resumes, career history, messages, and other content remain yours. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: to store, process, and transform that content (including with AI models) solely to provide Yedgi’s features to you. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to you.

Yedgi is under active development. Features may change, and the service is provided without an availability commitment. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users; where reasonable we will notify you first. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which schedules permanent removal of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Yedgi does not guarantee job offers, interviews, responses from employers, or the accuracy of third-party information such as job postings, salary estimates, or company research. AI-generated content can contain errors — review it before you rely on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, or data.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
